The Patron of Il Buco, Peppe Aversa, welcomes guests by opening the doors of what has been his home for almost thirty years. Every day, new and old friends are welcomed and more and more of them choose to return to savour dishes that have remained in their hearts, or to try new dishes inspired by the Chef’s passion and flair.
