Artichokes, aubergines, tomatoes and all the other vegetables that our grandmothers used to keep preserved in oil so we could feel the summer flavours in winter too, to taste on a piece of bread this treasure and knowledge. Retrieving this knowledge and passing it down is not just tradition. It is saying thank you to those who nourished us with love and give this small piece of our history as a gift to those who come and visit us.
